Established in 1999 and owned by the Vaghi family, Digital Office Products distributes and services Toshiba, Lexmark and Brother office equipment from its McLean, VA location.
Founded in 1997 by Tom Cunningham and Gary Sockel, Nauticon Office Solutions, specializes in providing world-class customer service, office equipment (Toshiba and Xerox), and fully managed IT support. Prosperity Plus Celebrates its 20th Corporate Anniversary
Kings Park, NY – Prosperity Plus, a well-respected consulting group for businesses across many parts of North America, reached its 20-year milestone this summer.
Since its founding in 2001 by Jim Kahrs, the company has serviced nearly 500 clients with its unique blend of industry expertise and administrative technology driven by the Hubbard Management System and the Value Builder System, which the company is licensed to deliver. Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc. today announced that Service Security Technologies, Inc. (SSTI) has been acquired by Bancare, Inc. Prosperity Plus acted as an advisor to Gary Ainsworth, SSTI’s president throughout the transaction.
Founded in 2003 and located in Loves Park IL, SSTI is an equipment and service provider for the financial industry in the Illinois and Wisconsin markets. SSTI’s expertise is alarm and security equipment, drive-up systems, service, and repair.

Prosperity Plus Adds M&A Specialist
Prosperity Plus has expanded its consulting team with the appointment of a new financial analyst and merger/acquisition support specialist with more than 35 years of experience in the business systems industry. Ilene Marin has taken up the newly created post at Prosperity Plus, reporting directly to Jim Kahrs, the president and founder of the consulting group.
Prior to joining Prosperity Plus, Marin was an operations director for an independent business systems dealership. Complete Mailing Partners (CMP) was founded in Dallas, TX in 2007 by Weir. CMP is fully equipped to handle their customers' needs for postage meters, folders, folder-inserters, envelope addressing systems, automatic envelope openers, and the supplies required to maintain them.

Total Retail Solutions Acquired by Dumac Business Systems
December 14, 2018 -- Smithtown, NY -- Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc. today announced that it advised the owners of Total Retail Solutions in its sale to Dumac Business Systems.
Headquartered in West Monroe, LA, Total Retail Solutions (TRS) is a southeastern regional provider of point-of-sale systems. NCR, Fujitsu, Retalix, BASS, BRData, S4, EzScan, ISS45 adn Scanmaster are among the name-brand manufacturers on the company's line card. Dumac is based in DeWitt, NY. It too is a regional provider of POS systems including those produced by Panasonic, NCR, Aloha, and Xpient.
Specific terms behind the acquisition were not disclosed. However Dumac said all TRS customers and most of its employees will transition to Dumac. Aaron Davidson, who served as president of TRS, will continue in a leadership role with Dumac, the company said. TRS operates two facilities in Louisiana and one each in Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee. They will continue to operate under the Dumac name.
"TRS and Dumac are comparable and compatible companies," Dumac Vice President Phil McCarthy said in a statement.
