PROSPERITY PLUS ASSISTS ON DEMAND INC. WITH SALE OF THE BUSINESS

Prosperity Plus today announced that On Demand Inc., a Houston-based provider of office equipment and document management solutions has beeen acquired by Paciific Office Automation. Prosperity Plus acted as an advisor to Mike Gray, On Demand's owner and president throughout the transaction.

On Demand Business Equipment has served the Houston market for more than 25 years as an authorized dealer for a range of OEMs including Xerox, Kyocera, Ricoh, and FP Mailing Solutions. Customers may expect the same quality products, services, and support, now backed by the expanded resources and scale of Pacific Office Automation.

After celebrating the company’s 50th anniversary earlier this year, POA continues to expand both its geographic reach and technical capabilities. In April, the company announced the acquisition of Western Business Products, extending its presence along the Interstate 5 corridor between Medford, Oregon, and Sacramento, California. It later announced the acquisition of MKCnext, a Southern California-based leader in high-end wide-format printing equipment, service, and consumables.

Specific details of the transaction are confidential and have not been released.
